Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

2. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the USA. After your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivered within 10 to 15 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Remote areas or locations experiencing shipping delays (e.g., due to natural disasters or weather conditions) may take longer.
Holidays & High-Volume Periods: During holidays, sales events, or high-traffic periods, shipping times may be slightly delayed due to an increase in order volumes. Rest assured, we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery.

3. Shipping Costs
We charge a flat rate of $5.99 for all USA orders, regardless of the number of items in your order or your location within the United States.
This shipping fee covers packaging, handling, and delivery services. There are no hidden fees.
If your order is eligible for free shipping due to a promotion, the shipping cost will be waived at checkout.

4. Shipping Methods
Carriers: We work with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your order safely and on time. Depending on your location, your package will be delivered by USPS
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number or have trouble tracking your order, please reach out to our support team.
5. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the USA. If you are located outside of the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us directly at support@nfldecor.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

7. Address Changes & Incorrect Information
Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. NFLDecor is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nfldecor.com to correct the information.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your package. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or local postal service.
